Customer's Fault Description
Blue power light comes on but non of the buttons work the chair. Tried on another chair and did not work on there but the motors worked with the other chairs remote. I have removed the middle screw from the handset so only held in by the 4 on the rear. This is an 8 pin plug.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Celebrity recliner remote controller arrived safely from Winchelsea Beach and on inspection was found to have a blown LED. This is a common issue which stops all functions from responding even though the remote powers up.
The LED was replaced and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
