Customer's Fault Description
Button to raise garage door works OK but button to lower door does not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote arrived safely from Bedford and on testing the 3rd button was found to be very sluggish.
This was due to contamination over the button array, the PCB was cleaned using alcohol and then when retested the remote was found to function on all buttons as per normal operation (see testing video)
