Customer's Fault Description
Cannot get handset to sync to the control box. Was working fine till the basset was dropped and it now doesn't work. Lights come on but it's not connecting to the control box. Control box appears to be working fine. Tried to reset but it hasn't worked. Tried taking it apart to see there was anything obviously broken but nothing showing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover handset arrived safely and on testing was found to power up but had no RF signal.
On opening the oscillator was found to have broken away from its solder point on one of its pins. This was soldered firmly back into position which then restored full functionality with a strong RF signal being present on each button press (see testing video)
