Remote doesn’t appear to be transmitting at all. No light indication
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Heki remote control arrived safely from Warsop and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation, the code being sent was tested as correct.
The customer is to re-test the remote on return ensuring the correct battery orientation (as in the image below). The signal from this remote is just a blip meaning it is easy to miss it using a phone / camera method of testing. It might also be that the remote requires pairing with the receiver itself.
