Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Cumbria and on testing was found to drain power without a button being pressed.
On inspection there were a couple of rather bad contamination spots on the print / IC (see image), due to this damage a replacement PCB was fitted which restored full functionality.
