Customer's Fault Description
Will not turn on or turn off fire, I have replaced batteries in both sender and receiver but the remote is showing low battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely form Preston and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator and also a very poor signal strength.

This was due to a faulty regulator, a replacement regulator and battery cable were fitted which restored full functionality.
