Customers Fault Description : Remote not working, appears starting to rust

This Circulation booster CBV3 remote control arrived safely from Abingdon and on testing was found to be dead.  The terminals had signs of a battery leak / corrosion which was causing a resistance.  The terminals were etched clean then re-plated which restored full functionality.
