Customer's Fault Description
Tried to replace batteries (2023) but still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation (see testing video) and the code being sent was confirmed to be correct.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
Thee customer is to re-test the remote with brand new quality battery CR2025 ensuring that the terminals are correctly positioned (see image). Also if using such batteries as Duracell it is important to check that all stickers are removed from the battery faces.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
