Customer's Fault Description
The ONLY button currently working is the red power button on the combi remote control. The volume, channel, dvd, mute and enter buttons on this control do NOT function at all. These need repairing and fixing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This TV and DVD remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was found to have various non functioning or sluggish buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons which restored full functionality.
