Customer's Fault Description
Screen not working, I spilt a coffee on it and then the screen stopped working, it did temporarily come back. But it has since stopped again!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Heating remote control arrived safely from Poole and on testing was found to have a bad display with scrambled characters.
On opening there was various corrosion spots in the print from the contamination (see images). This had caused a few open circuits. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
