Customer's Fault Description
The spring and connector in on of the battery cells is missing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely from Chingford and on inspection the battery compartment did look to have 2 terminals missing but when opened this is actually by design. This remote only requires 2 batteries to be inserted. The mould for this handset is based on an older model which did require 3 batteries (a confusing design choice was made)
The remote does turn on using its double power button press and an RF signal is present as per normal.
