Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working. checked and cleaned battery terminals (a few times) Put in new batteries. Still not working ie remote dead.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This B&O Beocentre 9300 remote control arrived safely from Milnathort and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal functionality (see testing video).
The remote was then tested over a 12 hour period at random intervals and no issue could be replicated.
The controller was opened to check for defects but apart from 2 small pieces of rubber randomly floating around inside the control (see image) no issue could be found.
The code being transmitted was then tested against a stock database codeset and was foudn to match.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
