Customer's Fault Description
The remote powers up ok but won't pair to control panel seems that there is no rf signal tried it on a different panel and it is the same results
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Sheffield and on testing was found to power up and transmit a strong signal at the normal 868Mhz (see image)
On talking to the customer it was found that the remote appears to be transmitting a scrambled signal and will not pair wirelessly with the receiver. It was suggested to try to use the remote with an umbilical in the hopes that it may trigger a reset (this is only speculation but worth a try)
