Customer's Fault Description
The red light flashes constantly when battery is placed, so battery runs down quickly. Also, before this happened, often for the STOP command to work, I would have to activate a turn button first so the stop button would function.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Powakaddy robokaddy golf trolley remote control arrived safely from the United States and on adding a battery the led would flash a few times then stop. Then the button would not respond to any button press.
The mainboard was swapped out and the issue remained which led to the conclusion the the issue is within the button array itself
Unfortunately these button facias are not available as spares which has made a repair not possible.
This remote was disposed of as per our sites terms 4th Apr 2024
