Customer's Fault Description
The handset was dropped. Since then the green light comes on but non of the buttons work. The control box in the caravan appears to be in good order
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma motor mover remote arrived safely from Acle and on testing was found to be erratic in functionality and rattled when shook.
The remote was opened and the main PCB mounting pins were broken allowing the PCB to mover freely inside the case, this led to the button array edge connector partially coming out of the socket. The PCB was hot glued firmly back into position and the connector re-seated.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
