Customer's Fault Description
It seems like the "Menu" button is not responding preventing me from using the controller.
All other buttons seem to work fine as the screen turns on when pressing them.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Boiler Controller arrived safely from Hove Brighton and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning Menu button. This was found not to be due to the button but instead was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
