Customer's Fault Description
It will not connect to the brake testing machine. There is 1 button cover missing but the main problem is the F2 button does not work (thats what turns the brake rollers on). I have put white tipex on the button so you can see it as the numbers had faded. Thank you!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Portsmouth and on testing was found to have poor sluggish button response.
On opening some of the buttons had started to decomposed. A replacement button array was fitted which restored functionality. The cracked screen was reversed to blank out the black blotched display (the screens cannot be replaced)
