Philips WAS75000 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The power on button always works all the other buttons are intermittent
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Philips Music Centre remote control arrived safely from Birmingham and on testing was found to transmit on all buttons as per normal operation (See testing video).
The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The remote was then tested at random intervals over a 24 hour period but no fault could be replicated. The code being transmitted was also confirmed to be consistent and correct on each button press.
