Customer's Fault Description
The remote seems to drain the mn27 12v battery and there seems an issue with some of the buttons as well.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric garden awning control with light control arrived safely from Chester and on testing the leftmost button was sluggish in response.
When opened there was signs of contamination under the button and the button was foudn to have a low resistance across its contacts. Once the button was replaced and the PCB cleared of contaminants, normal functionality was restored.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
