Denon Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Denon
Customers Fault Description : Volume up/down does not work easily, particularly the + button, requiring excessive pressure on the button to activate the volune
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Rc-975 remote control arrived safely from Suffolk and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish volume buttons response.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality. The rest of the remote was tested as fine.
