Customer's Fault Description
The remote control fails to communicate with receiver. Batteries changed and contracts checked. The red light on the remote shows red but no indication on the receiver
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire remote control and receiver arrived safely from London and on testing the remote was found nto to transmit a signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset.
The transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
