Customer's Fault Description
Control buttons not responding properly particularly the two lower buttons. It requires a great deal of pressure to make the lower buttons work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Reclining chair handset arrived safely from Aberdeen City and on inspection was found to have a large amount of liquid inside over the button array and PCB.
The remote was cleared of all contaminants and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
