Customer's Fault Description
The straight forward button is very intermittent, if you get it just right it'll work sometimes. Other buttons seem OK.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Rutland and on testing was confirmed to have one of the buttons giving a sluggish response.

This was due to corrosion within the button array.  The button array was reworked which restored full functionality. 

This remote was returned may 2024 with a non functioning button, this was due to a small amount of contamination within the facia layers, the facia was reworked which restored functionality,  this was done within the gtee period with no charge.
