Homcom Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote was dropped and has stopped working. I have put in a new battery so that's definitely not connected to the problem. If its not fixable do you have any ides where I can purchase a replacement? Thanks

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Treadmill remote control arrived safely from Lincoln and on testing was found to be intermittent in power.

On opening the issue was found to be a micro crack around the battery holder.  Once resoldered the remote was found to be consistent and the code confirmed to be correct (see testing video)
