Customer's Fault Description
The remote was dropped and has stopped working. I have put in a new battery so that's definitely not connected to the problem. If its not fixable do you have any ides where I can purchase a replacement? Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Treadmill remote control arrived safely from Lincoln and on testing was found to be intermittent in power.
On opening the issue was found to be a micro crack around the battery holder. Once resoldered the remote was found to be consistent and the code confirmed to be correct (see testing video)
