Customers Fault Description : Battery contacts corroded and buttons intermittently faulter

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Norwich and on testing was found to be dead due to badly damaged battery terminals.

The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
