Customer's Fault Description
has a loose / faulty battery connections/circuit. Operating Fakro Velux roof window ( cannot locate anywhere there might be a syncing button on the window)
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This FAKRO ZWP 10 remote control arrived safely form London and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery housing.

A replacement housing was fitted and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
