Customer's Fault Description
No power in the remote control whatsoever. Just stopped working all of a sudden. New batteries have obviously been tried.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Carrickfergus and on testing was foudn to have erratic functionality including intermittently dead and an erroneous battery indicator when alive.
This was due to a faulty regulator. The regulator and battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
