Customer's Fault Description
Remote for beolink 1000. Batteries swapped but not showing any activity when held up to my mobile phone's camera. Tried adjusting the battery terminals but no joy.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This B&O remote control arrived safely from Colchester and on testing was found to be dead. The terminals were loose fitting but the main issue was that one of the terminals had signs of a battery leak (small blue discoloration on the terminal)
The terminals were etched clean which restored full functionality. The terminals were then soldered to make the fitting more solid.
