Customers Fault Description : Nothing working on the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Motor mover remote control arrived safely from Doncaster and on testing was found not to power on.
When opened the LED was physically shattered (see image), once a replacement was fitted the remote would then power on from its double power button press as normal.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
