Customers Fault Description : Remote not working at all chair stuck in laid down positiin
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely along with its cable. The cable was found to have an open circuit core (this particular cable should have 5 cores connected, as you will see from the testing video only 4 pass the continuity test)
A replacement straight cable was supplied (we cannot get the curly kind)
