Customer's Fault Description
The remote is completely dead, no lights or anything. However, a few months before it went dead, it had lights but wouldn’t work the motor mover, I had to use a fly lead.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan Motor Mover remote control arrived safely from Leicestershire and on testing was found to have non responsive power buttons and also one of the directional buttons.
This was due to worn contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
