Customer's Fault Description
Bed head raise works intermittently. Bed head lower does not work at all. I have stuck a coloured label on both buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Tempur Bed remote control arrived safely from Sunderland and on inspection was found to have a high resistance across some of the button contacts when they were actuated.
The contacts were cleared of all contaminants using a deoxidizer. The rest of the remote and cable were tested as ok.
