Customer's Fault Description
all buttons not working when turning on.left mover drive wheel turns on its own right stays still.black lead came off when I took battery off but still working OK when put direct on the battery.this was before the remote control stopped working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan mover remote control arrived safely from Caerphilly and on testing was dead due to the broken battery cable.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored power.
The button facia was then split apart to check for shorts within the button array but it all read as ok.
The contacts were all cleaned just to be sure.
The customer is to carefully test the remote on return.
