Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working,Top button not lighting up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Garage Door Remote control arrived safely from Bexhill on Sea and on testing was confirmed to not transmit a signal and the top button was non responsive.

When opened the aerial coil was broken away from the PCB at one end and the top button was fauty.

The button was replaced and then the RF coil soldered back into position.  This restored full functionality.
