Customer's Fault Description
The outer cable to the handset has completely frayed. Very similar to your website page https://remotefixer.co.uk/rf5376.html
However, none of the wires have broken and the control is still fully functioning.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner chair remote arrived safely from Purley and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
