Customer's Fault Description
The handset doesn't appear to be sending a signal to the controller. I have replaced the battery and tried to synchronise the remote the the controller several times but the controller doesn't appear to be receiving a signal
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to power up and transmit at the correct 868mhz frequency, it was then tested over a couple of hours randomly and was found ot be consistent.
As the item is transmitting this item has been classed as no fault found.
