Customer's Fault Description
Outer wiring sleeve is perishing and the remote has stopped working. Suspect the inner wires may have fractured.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Riser/Recliner Remote control arrived safely from Rustington and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and the rest of the remote was tested as ok.
