Customer's Fault Description
All buttons work, it switches on but does not connect to controler
I have tried to re pair and it does pair. I have tried another remote which pairs and works with the controller
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor mover remote control arrived safely from Poole and on testing was found to power up but not transmit a signal.
On opening this was found to be due to the oscillator breaking away from the PCB at on end. This was soldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
