Logitech Harmony Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Logitech Harmony
Customers Fault Description : Some of the buttons have to be pressed very hard in order to get them to work, including Menu and Stop.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from Oxon and on testing was confirmed to have many sluggish / non responsive buttons.
On opening there was a large amount of liquid inside the control. This was all cleaned up and then it was found that many of the buttons had deteriorated button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality to all buttons.
