PDT KF04 433RC Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The top button on the remote which opens the shutter has stopped working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Shutter remote control arrived safely from Farnham and on testing was confirmed to have a collapsed top button (the contact dome had inverted making the button non functional).

A replacement dome cap was fitted on the top button which restored full fucntionality.
