Customer's Fault Description
There are 3 Buttons which are not working, top right, bottom right and bottom left. The bottom middle can be a little temperamental. I hadn't noticed but the batteries had leaked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely from Brackley and on testing was confirmed to have 3 directional buttons being non responsive.
On opening the issue was found to be contamination over the button array and pads. The PCB and pads were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
