Customer's Fault Description
Remote control has been dropped - the case has been compromised, and if the battery cover IS under the sofa, we have searched high and low and cannot find it!

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Cardiff and on inspection the battery cover was missing and the back case was damaged.
A replacement back case and battery cover was fitted. The remote was found to be functioning as per normal.
