Customer's Fault Description
The head raising/lowering button stopped working and foot button intermittent.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Tempur bed remote contro larrived safely from Ashtead and on inspection some of the buttons had a resistance across their contacts. All buttons were cleaned using switch cleaner. The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
