Customers Fault Description : LOWER LH BUTTON STOPPED WORKING, LEG REST RAISE. LOWER RH BUTTON ALSO SOMETIMES UNRESPONSIVE. PLEASE REPAIR BOTH.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Recliner chair controller (5 button 8 pin DIN) arrived safely from Bordon and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each of the main buttons and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
