Customer's Fault Description
The original curly cables sheath has disintegrated and needs replacing. I understand that it may be possible for you to fit a non curly cable at a cost of £20 plus postage and would like to arrange this. Thank you.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Sherborne 5 button remote control (TH11 2050 001) arrived safely from Gravesend and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and also part of the print was ripped due to the tension on the cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted and the print reworked. The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
