Customer's Fault Description
The heat control buttons are not working and the off button can be temperamental . The membrane has cracked on these buttons.
Have just purchased a clone, which is fantastic, but thought that I would have this fixed to have a spare.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Triton Body Dryer remote control arrived safely from Glasgow and on inspection was found to have a cracked facia around a few of the buttons which made the buttons non responsive.
These facias are not available as spares meaning they cannot be replaced which means we had to work on the existing facia.
The facia was peeled back and replacement button caps fitted into place after the PCB was cleared of all contaminants. Then the existing facia was fitted back into place. This restored full functionality to all buttons.
