Quattro Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Quattro

Customers Fault Description : Only 2 buttons work I do not know which ones on the remote , I think it was left out in the rain. And could you also stick the front face back on ?

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Motor Mover Handset arrived safely from Bangor and on testing was confirmed to have numerous non functioning directional buttons.

This was due to micro corrosion spots in the print and also a missing button cap.

The missing cap was replaced and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
