Battery symbols always at low. New batteries in all but still the same. Spoke to Mark.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Flavel Jazz gas fire remote control arrived safely from Kilmarnock and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator.

The regulator and battery cable were replace which restored full functionality.
