PDT KF04-433RC Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Fob isn’t working and doesn’t display any lights when pressed even with new battery fitted

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Garage door remote control arrived safely from Monmouthshire and on testing was confirmed to not power on any button press. This was due to a bad solder point on the battery housing.  Once resoldered full functionality was restored.

A set of CR2016 batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
