Customer's Fault Description
It doesn’t communicate with the mover. I have changed the batteries and tested the new ones. It’s not a battery problem.
Also the surface is sticky and ugly to handle.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan mover remote control arrived safely from Cambridge and on testing was found not to respond to its power button press, the case was also sticky.
The power issue was rectified by bridging a small micro corrosion spot in the print. The case was then alcohol cleaned.
